All services rendered by Lyra Nail Spa, Inc are provided on a Non-Refundable basis. This includes, but is not limited to, cancellation fees.

Can I get my manicure and pedicure done at the same time?

Unfortunately, in order to provide quality work, our services are done separately.

Can I get my acrylic removed with my other booked services?

Yes, you may get your acrylic removed and there is an added charge. Please make sure to book for it as it does take time.

Pedicure disclaimer:

Prior to your pedicure service, a quick examination will be performed to analyze the health of the feet and nails. The examination is to look for any open wounds, sensitivity, bruising, or any unusual color of the nail. Therefore, the nail polish must be removed to begin the examination process. If the technician sees anything unusual, the technician will then inform the client that they will not be able to perform the service.  

 

Do you Charge for gel removal?

Yes, it's an actual service that does take time. Many soak-off gels should remove within 15 minutes. Hard gel tends to take longer to remove. 

 

Is there a cancellation fee?

Appointment cancelations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service time. Customers who cancel their appointments the same day (or do not show up for their scheduled appointment)will be charged $25 for each appointment. Customers will also be asked for a credit card to hold future appointment times regardless of services. 

Please be aware that we allow a 5-10 minute grace period for appointments, after 10 minutes the appointment will be canceled.  A $25 cancellation fee will be charged to your account if the appointment is not canceled within 24 hours.

 

Are there any special conditions I should know about before my appointment?  

For every pedicure service, there's a quick foot examination. The Board of Barbering & Cosmetology law and regulations prohibit licensees from working on a person with an infection or communicable disease. Also, a licensee is prohibited from massaging the client's skin if it is inflamed or infected, or if an eruption is present. By law, the licensee must refuse service if a client has eczema, athlete's foot, or other similar conditions. The Board's law and regulations are strictly enforced at Lyra Nail Spa in order to protect other clients and our nail technicians.  

Nail Care for After Service: 

Lyra Nail Spa, Inc., stands by and guarantees quality work to ensure you enjoy your experience. While we cannot issue a refund, or your time, if a problem does occur we invite you to book a complimentary repair on the affected nails only to remedy your concerns until you are satisfied. In the event your nails chip within three days after your service for gel polish or have any issues with the Apres nail extensions, please email us with a photo, date and time from your original appointment date to info@lyranailspa.com. We will try to resolve the issue as quickly as we can and only with the original nail technician within 5 business days after your email is received. Outside the 5 day period there will be a full charge of our normal fee, please refer to our price list. *Cancellations less than 12 hours notice or No-Show's we will no longer honor the complimentary repair or service.

We Have the Right to Refuse Service: Customers acknowledge that the company is under no obligation to provide services and have the right to refuse service.
