Appointment cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service time. Customers who cancel their appointments the same day (or do not show up for their scheduled appointment) will be charged $25 for each appointment.

 

Customers will also be asked for a credit card to hold future appointment times regardless of services. 

 

At Lyra Nail Spa,  the health and safety of each and every one of our customers is our top priority. In order to ensure this, our pedicure tubs are made of Hammered Copper, which naturally kills many germs and bacteria. We then use disposable plastic liners that are placed around the tub before each service. The liners are then thrown away after each customer. We also clean and disinfect each tub, chair, and footrest before the next customer is seated. It is important for customers to know that any item that cannot be sterilized (ie, buffers, files, toe separators, and flip flops) will be immediately be disposed of after every customer. Keep in mind that each customer has a brand new liner placed for them but we still disinfect and clean each tub after each service (although this isn't required). 

It is also important for our customers to know that we sterilize our tools before each and every use. You can rest assured that our tools were not only washed and cycled through barbicide but they were also dry heat sterilized at 320˚F.
